will factory radio from o4 grand am interchange with factory radio from 94 dodge ram ?

No. They're not the same size or mounting structure, they use completely different plugs, and different antenna jacks.

The Grand Am radio is controlled by the vehicle data bus. Even if you could make it fit into the Ram, you wouldn't be able to power it up.

You might be able to wire up the Dodge radio in the Grand Am and make it work, but it would be very difficult to make it look good.
