will ecstasy show up on a blood test for any reason if the test isn't for drugs?

Its possible depends on the lab. If they are really good then it will show up but most places wont go that far in checking. If your mom doesn't care about you smoking weed, why would she care if you do e pills?
 
I took two ecstasy pills last night and this afternoon I had a doctors appointment because I have unexplained stomach pains and nausea ((the stomach pains have been occuring for most of my life, however the nausea has come about in the past year and a half, so I know my stomach problems aren't related to the drugs)) but I had to get a blood test today to try to figure out why I have been feeling sick. and I was scared that drugs will show up on the test, my mom knows I smoke weed and I told her I was afraid of that showing up on the test however if she knew I did rolls she would kill me. so basically i want to know if the tests aren't drug tests if for any reason the ecstasy will show up in a test result???
honestly if you are going to tell me to stop doing drugs don't even waste your time cause no ones opinion matters to me I have fun I live in the moment. I'm not a druggie by any means, I am and honor roll student in 3 foreign languages, marching band, and honors/ advanced placement classes. I know what I'm doing I mean I have a job I start work Thursday. but I realyl hope they weren't doing a drug test I don't think they were there was no reason to, but my night was amazing I don't even think it is possible to explain how fun it was. haha

my friend did ecstasy and he got high or something and went up to our teacher and pulled down his pants. and then he did some more stuff
he got caught.
