im just wondering whether if i start eating healthy food and avoiding fatty foods, and exercising daily, will i actually lose weight? i feel like i'll just have a healthier lifestyle but i wont end up losing weight. will i just end up staying the same? im not fat, but im chubby, and still have some puppy fat on me. i'd like to drop around 10 kilograms (22 pounds) but i lose motivation quickly as i dont feel like im losing weight. i know it's a slow process but im worried i wont end up losing weight and just end up staying the same. advice?
