Will DUI while on parole be jail time in Illinois?

My little cousin went to boot camp (impact incarceration program) and last night received a DUI with a blood alcohol level over 2. Will he have to go back to prison since he is on parole and home monitoring. The police took his bracelet off before he bonded out.
 
Yep and I hope they throw away the key.

I have no compassion for people that go and drink and get in a car and risk the lives of other drivers.
 
I don't understand why they let him out unless it was cook county which is so over crowded with people that should be in a real prison.
