i want to be able to be able to do 50 pull ups reps in one set and am wondering how to train myself to do so, i started vaguely training 2 months ago and have gone from ebing able to doing 7 chin ups max to 12 max, i also want to be able to get back to my 50 push up max. i could do that about a year ago, but then started strength trainign and now my endurance has gone to shit and i can only do about 45 max.
basically my question is, regarding pushups and chin ups what is the best way to go about training endurance so i can do 50 of each respectively
