I have pretty fat thighs but I start cycling classes at gym on Monday that go for 1 hour, will this help shed the fat or will my legs get worse?!
I've started walking 40 minutes everyday and I'm not eating as many carbs or salts or sugars.
What else will help me get rid of my flubby legs/tummy?
