Will CPU affect benchmark results for RAM and Graphics?

My benchmark results for RAM, CPU and Graphics card have just halved since I transferred to a new computer case, so I'm assuming its something wrong with Memory or CPU or motherboard (because graphics card wouldn't affect results for CPU).I'm just very worried that I damaged something while transferring cases although the PC works fine its just slower. What do you think its most likely to be?

My specs are
i7 920 @ 3.8 ghz at stock voltages (stable)
6Gb DDR3 1600 ram
gtx 285 graphics
ASUS P6TD Deluxe
corsair 750W HX PSU
