Will Civilization IV work for my computer?

I am not really good at technology, but I want to get this game.
This is my computer:

This is the requirements for the game:
Windows 2000/XP/Vista
1.2 GHz Processor
256 MB RAM
1.7 GB free space
4x DVD Drive
DirectX 9.0c –compatible 64 MB video card with hardware T&L & pixel shader
DirectX 9.0c-compatible sound card

I am pretty sure it will work- but I just want to make sure.
