i bought my mum a car and the deatails of who bought it are mines...i am an added driver on her car, as it is registered to her but i had an accident in it...insurance company phoned up to say they have reason to belive that i am the main drivewr because i attempted to pay for the insurance but they wouldnt't let me so they then took it out my mothers....they want to see the log book and proof of purchase....mums name is on log book and mines on proof of purchase from arnold clark!
