My husband is stationed in Germany and got a prepaid cellphone. If he calls my at&t cellphone after 9pm ( cause that is when i have free minutes ), would it still charge my cellphone with international charges. Because I herd it might also count as roaming, but he does the calling I dont and hes calling from a prepaid and thats like a calling card pretty much.
Will calling from a prepaid cellphone (internationaly) charge my at&t cellphone?
