Will Calla lilies survive outdoors in the UK?

I've planted some Calla lilies in the garden, but I don't know what to do with them in winter - will they survive if I leave them in the garden or do I dig them up and bring them in? (if they need to be brought in can I just keep them as bulbs and re-plant the next year?)
