Will C90T Rims Adapt To A C50T?

I do not like the spoked rims, and cam buy the C90T rims.

I would have to put my brake rotor on the front, one, as the C90T has dual front rotors.

The rear rim has a single rotor, so can I remove the rotor assy. and replace it with the drum brake assy? Will the shaft hub also work? I would really like to get the aluminum rims for my C50T...

Sorry for the two off the bat questions, but this was the only motorcycle forum I found.

I believe the C90's forks are spaced wider. The C90 having dual front rotors, I have no idea how you'd be able to deal with that as far as changing over.

Wire wheels ain't that bad, are they?

No, they will not fit.

However, Suzuki sells a version of the C50 with aluminum wheels, the C50C. The wheels can be ordered separately from any Suzuki dealer.

I just don't have the time required to keep them clean, and shiny. THey are a PITA to keep clean and shiny, so the solid wheels would be better for me, AND, you have to have an inner-tube with these rims, not with solid rims.

If you get a flat with one of these type rims, you can't just plug the tire. My uncle went through hell getting his back tire repaired while on a road trip. Took 3-4 hours out of his time, to get it fixed. No one would or could do it for him, a Harley shop turned him down (too busy), so he had to do it himself. You got to remove the whole rim, and take the tire off to patch the tube. He was out of state, so it had to be done one way or another. I just don't want that to happen to me...

Also, I will look into those rims for the C50... I liked the C90T ones....
