Will Boost Mobile SIM cards working in Nextel Phones?

No, Sprint is a CDMA technology network, and, if you have a SIM card from Boost, then they are a GSM network. The two technologies are incompatible and that's why you can't unlock an iPhone for Verizon/Sprint or use a Verizon phone on T-Mobile/AT&T. UMTS frequencies aren't the same thing as CDMA.
