J Jen New member Dec 12, 2009 #2 Not just your stomach, but all over. You can't "spot-reduce" fat from your body with crunches or any exercise, only tone. So cardio--as in running, biking, aerobics,etc. will lead to fat loss. If you eat healthy, you will lose weight faster.
