Will biking help slim down my thighs?

I try to bike for at least an hour 3-4 times a week, depending on the weather. Will this help slim down my thighs? I'm pretty fit but I have some extra flab stored on the inner thigh area. Thanks!
 
Try burpies (jump up then straight into a push up), squats and running, even power walking is good, worked for me..
