I've recently lost a lot of weight using the eliptical and watching what I eat, but I still have a pouch of fat around my lower stomach. I know I'm still going to feel fat until I lose this, as I've been overweight for most of my life and just recently lost most of it. But will biking work in targeting lower stomach fat, abs and help me form that little v shape thingy? If not, what will?
