will Biking 4.5 miles a day 5 days week, while eating 1200 calories help me lose weight?

250lbs, 5"8, 18yrs old, my body type is stocky because i do have muslce . This is what i will consist in my diet

(Note:I have done this diet before and it does work im just asking about how much weight i will lose because i never did the bike as my cardio before.)

Breakfeast:1 cup of oat meal and 1 or 2 table spoons of brown sugar, bannana, and bottle of water
TOTAL CALORIES:375

Snack:Bannana, and bottle of water

TOTAL CALORIES:435

Lunch:1 how made sandwhich that contains 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 skinless chicken breast,1 slic of pepperjack chesses and son lettuces,1 bannana and 1 bottle of water

TOTAL CALORIES:775

Snack:Either Bannana,or Watermelon, or grapes

TOTAL CALORIES:850

Dinner:1 how made sandwhich that contains 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 skinless chicken breast,1 slic of pepperjack chesses and son lettuces, and 1 bottle of water, Either Bannana,or Watermelon, or grapes

TOTAL CALORIES:1200

so what do you guys think
