I'm currently attending a community college. My first semester I've taken PSY, MTH, ENG, and History. I failed history and now my 2nd semester I'm enrolled in chemistry and biology. I want to withdrawl from my chemistry but I will be under the completion rate. I changed my major and will transfer to the art institute. Will being under the completion rate affect me transferring to the art institute? Will it also affect me when I reapply for financial aid (NOT for the community college but financial aid for the new school i'll be attending) ?
