...overdose? i had to get my gp to fill in a health check form for me and she had to write a covering letter explaining that i had a history of depression and an overdose back in 1999. although she has stated that as of 2006 there is no mention of depression. she also had to write about a gynecological surgery i had to remove an ovary and cervical problems, can these cause me not to be allowed onto my nursing course? i need to know so i can think of other options.
