Will bally's total fitness gym let me work out there ?

Further, we may require members under 18 years of age to be accompanied by an adult member at all times while in the club. Minors are not permitted in the club unless they are members or unless they are restricted to the nursery."

i am 13 years old & i want to lose some weight for that summer bikini lol ;) & bally's total fitness gym is a 2 minute drive from my house & i want to know if my dad is able to register for me & i can work out & have parental consent . oh & i live in bay shore, new york . ( thats on long island )
