will att charge me to get on email and windows live if its already on my phone?

ive checked how much the payperuse internet is and its the same before and after i get on email and im so idk i checked it before i got on and after and its the same
also when i get on email the spining globe doesnt show up and the spining globe means im on the internet........so i dont really know what to think
 
you will get a data charge if you dont have that unlimited plan. and if your cheicking email you will get charged for checking inbox, sending, replying.. so on and so forth . when your logging in your email it says that so read it . when i want to check my email i just go on the internet.
