B Bex New member Jun 19, 2009 #1 I'm wanting to make an Apple Tart which requires me to thinly slice ordinary eating apples and cook them. Will they still go brown? i will have to leave the tart in the fride for a few hours after cooking it as i don't need it until tonight. Thanks.
