I have a Macbook I bought in June of 2008. After a while I started getting cracks on the palmrest and above the screen. I know this is a common problem and many got it fixed for free. Unfortunately I was out of the country when mine cracked and so I couldn't get it fixed. I learned to live with it and put it out of my mind. Now the cracks have started to get really bad. Will they still replace it for free? I heard they will if it's less than three years old but mine is not. I also heard it depends on which person you talk to at the Genius Bar. Any insight? Thanks!
