Will an engine from a '97 Dodge Intrepid fit into a '98 body?

I blew out my engine the other day, its was a 3.2L and I just found a 3.3L engine from a junked '97 that is sposta run fine. I know that '98 was the year that they shifted to a more rounded body style so I wasn't sure the engine would fit.
