I've been shopping around for a new phone for a while and the only thing currently out there that I want is a Blackberry Pearl. AT&T requires a $30/month data plan. I'm a student and really can't afford that. Will the basic features (calling, texting, alarm clock) of the phone still work without a data plan?
Will an ATT Blackberry Pearl work w/o a data plan?
