Will allergy shots help my eczema?

I start allergy shots in Jan. Wonder if it will help my eczema. Per the prick test I really reacted strongest to dust mites, and fairly strong to grass, trees, mold. I can't wait to start the shots, hoping it will help my main symtom which is itchy eyes, and secretly wishing it will help my eczema improve. I'm 48, and it's only been getting worse every year.
 
Well, it might help. DepenRAB on the cause of the eczema. It's usually caused by fooRAB or skin contact (like detergents, etc). In those cases you just have to avoid the allergen.
