Will aftermarket 20inch rims from Chrysler 300 fit a 1976 Buick Riviera?

I am selling 20 inch rims with tires 275/40/20. These wheels came off a 2006 Chrysler 300 base model. A potential buyer is asking if that wheel will fit his 1976 Riviera. I am not sure if the bolt patterns/offset is the same. Please advise
