like if i dont want anyone else to know about it, for example my parent, will it be in my history if i go to the doctor when i get sick

Only IF you can live with your abortion decision--a call that cannot be made lightly. I'm neither pro-choice or pro-life. You obiviously know legal adoption alternatives; might be wise to spend time looking into them.

My only pet peeve in such matters are the stupidly defiant parent and/or couple who live well under the poverty line---and are selfish to have a baby enter into their miserable world, denying the child of any form of good decent clean life.

Depends. Sometimes you can request that it's not put down in your medical history. However, when you plan to have children, it's always good to be honest with your doctor and tell them that you've had an abortion because it might have damaged your uterus which can be bad thing for during pregnancy.

Yes! and when you become pregnant again and go to see your doctor for OB care they will ask you how many pregnancies you have had. Even thought you had an abortion it is still considered a pregnancy.

So yes it will always be part of your medical history.
