Will a Virtual Signed NDF (non-disclosure form) work over a hand written signed NDF ?

I need to submit proposals to a few companies, but require a NDF before they know the details.

Instead of signing them all, i have my contact info / addy...etc on them along w/ names...etc on the form.

Of course the form has all the private info about not to talk about it other than to me...etc on it.

IS it REQUIRED to have a hand written signature on the form to be legal ??

or

if both parties are on the form w/ proper info its legal also. ( keep in mind, that there will be substantial proof on actual evidence that say they claim they never actually signed one and no idea about this idea..etc on them to proof that they were involved w/ the idea. Like say we communicate over IM, which means i have word for word of proof...etc )

And i understand anyone can just put whoever on this form, but like i said, their will be proof between the two parties.
