Yes it will. Because on the second generation RX-7s (FC) the engines were the same 1.3L motors, one was simply turbocharged, and the transmissions were also the same. So you will be able to run the turbo clutch in the naturally aspirated transmission because they are the same part. Zoom-Zoom.
 
The number of splines may be different. Even on the turbo charged cars for example. The convertible Turbo takes the non Turbo disk, while the pressure plates are interchangeable.
So, in this case I would suggest not buying a clutch disk until you know what the spline count is.
