A while back, I got a ticket for marijuana. I went to court and showed my medical marijuana license and all ended well, no conviction.
Will this show up in a background check or any record?
Note: this was over a year ago, Prescription expired shortly after and I don't see the need for another in the future. It did its job and I’m healthier for it. Whats done is done.
