background check? I have been offered a job with BofA and was told that I need to do a fingerprint background check. I told that I have been arrested and that I was convicted, but that it was sealed off my record. Will the fingerprint background check still show the arrest and conviction? It happened about 6 years ago now. Will they see and should I disclose that the arrest and conviction was for misdemeanor retail theft?
