will a oxygen sensor that is bad make my 98 dodge ram not start?

i have a 98 dodge ram 2500 v8 360 5.9L and my truck wont start it is trying to turn over but it seems it cant i have charged the battery and jumped it too and still it wont start i was wondering if my oxygen sensor is faulty will it cause it to not spark it is getting fuel and spark but if u have any suggestions please help i need to plow later
 
No it will not cause it not to start. An O2 sensor will cause engine too run rough
