Will a Nokia sim card work with any other phone?

I have a Nokia 5310 XpressMusic and just gotten it taken away for 2 weeks, but i managed to snatch the sim card and mem card from it.My carrier is t-mobile and I am wondering if there's any compatible phone i can put it in that would still work and is free. Can i even buy a phone without a plan, sim, or mem card at the store? Any other suggestions or ideas?
 
Your SIM card will work with ANY T Mobile phone. So if you have a old t mobile phone laying around you can use that. Yes you can buy a phone from T Mobile but it will be expensive, try buying one from a friend if you dont have one already laying around. But remember! it has to be a T Mobile phone!
