Will a neuropsychological exam diagnose pyschiatric conditions?

Most of what I am reading is geared toward brain injury.

I tried getting an eval from 3 regular psychiatrists and the diagnosis don't remotely fit.

i have 0 of 9 criteria for depression...he said severe depression
1 said schizophrenia (starting age 36 immediately after a traumatic incident
another said personality disorder (which by definition starts by early adulthood)

they just do a 'quick' screener i have found online self evaluations that are much better than the basic screeners the professionals do.

Would a neuropsych do better at providing the correct diagnosis?
there is a difference between a psychiatrist/psychologist and NEUROpsychology/psychiatry...

and despite what they say, unless you have a $120 a month to pay copays sliding scale fee in the US, there is no therapy for low income people. there's one place with a very long wait list..

the minimum charge is 30/session with most places with sliding scale higher
duh, i know i can't diagnose myself on line--that is why i am trying to find a professional that will...

but the point is that the online tests are better than the so called pros I've been to--it shouldn't be that way...these are actual professionally recognized self screeners that professionals can utilize in their evaluations--if they actually do a good eval......not just a no name websites personal version..

they are in depth questionairres--not just here are the 9 diagnostic criteria-mark yes if you have it
the computer doesn't score the test and suggest a diagnosis with the ones I used
there aren't many psychologists....just lcsw
please address the NEUROPSYCH issue

i looked up personality disorder-it is not even close to what I am experiencing..the issues started at age 36 immediately after a traumatic event

depression is limited to moderate no more than a week at a time in relation to emotionally stressful periods...not more than a total of 30 days in the last year..depression is on most days...plus i don't have the other criteria

schizpphrenia is usually present a lot earlier....he just thinks i was delusional when i reported being victimized by a few people--that I had delusions or persecution because what i said happened couldn't possibly have happened (even though they are common)...but the incidents really happened
