Will a N95-4 fix these N95-3 problems?

so, i've had my n95-3 for about 3 months now and i can't help but get frustrated from tons of glaring problems. most of them are OS/firmware but i dont know which are which. i like the idea of the flush, larger screen. altho it's not that much bigger or any clearer (same res) i really like how much bigger it looks. these are my beefs:
crashes fairly easily
reboots by itself (hasnt done in awhile)
can't see my files on memory card in settings mode
screensaver flicker unlock
alarm not always working
terribly slow camera
terribly slow gallery

i know the battery life should be no different but i feel like i just received a lemon because i can barely squeeze 1 full standby with 4-5 hours of music.

i dont mind forking over an extra $80-100 if it fixes some of these problems. i am sick of waiting for nokia to release a fw upgrade and i cant stand the lag for the most part.

thanks for any input.

the gallery and camera is 10 million times better, faster, and smoother on my -4 compared to my -3. also, my -4 gets better battery life, due to the dynamic voltage thingy. when i run energy profiler, it goes all the way down to 0.1, but the -3 only went down to 0.3. its definitely better in that regard. also the demand paging just makes things faster, particularly the gallery and camera. the camera is about instant. and the gallery has no lag whatsoever with a good amount of pics in there. and its way smoother. and faster.

Man, I was SO close to pulling the trigger on the purchase of an N95-8GB this afternoon! I was nosing around the Nokia Flagship Store in NYC this afternoon. Ostensibly, the purpose was to check out carrying cases for my N95-1, but we all know it was really to ogle the phones and to take in the general "Nokia-ness" of the place. I was ready to overlook the crazy pricing, but the fact that I have T-Mobile service and couldn't take advantage of the 3G like AT&T users was just barely enough to let me walk out without making a purchase. But it was close.

You don't know what you're missing with unlimited data for $15 and 3.5G on the N95. It's quite the mobile web experience.
