replaced head-unit? I was thinking about buying a number of cars (i.e. 1999 Cadillac Eldorado) that have a steering wheel with volume control buttons on or behind the steering wheel but no cd player. I was wondering if I switched the head-unit out for another 1 with a cd player, would the volume control and song selection buttons work with the new head-unit or would they become useless?
