My ex husband was found in contempt of court for non payment of support. He was sentenced to one month in jail, and we asked that his time be suspended provided that he started paying.... well..... not paying. /so we are going back to court in a month and my lawyer advises me to let him go to jail, but I don't want him to lose his career. Then I most definitely won't see a dime, And it is his career...
