Will a fish grow back it's fins?

A couple of my little fishes' tail fins were mistaken by my goldfish as fish flakes and ate a part of it. As a result the little fishes have difficulty swimming and really look poorly. I placed them in a planted fish bowl for the meantime. they seem to be recovering but will they grow back their lost fins?

what type is it eventualy they will grow back just dont let them bother the fish
