Take another note as to what you are describing here,you can't be trying to mix and match engines on any kind of car.
And since we're talking about the years 1991 or 1992 there are a bit too many changes that have taken place in those years and yes only rear drive cars have many advantages over the front drive cars and its the engineering that it begins at.
Years and years ago many of us old school guys and gals had different engines swapped in our cars,and how many engines do you think fit a lot of our cars.?
some buicks had chevy engines olds with pontiac engines or chevys with engines without the chevy cars like pontiacs on and on,fords too had different engines in the late 1970's so paul think carefully to the earlier portion of my answer and draw your own conclusion in all of this.
