I have a 2000 Civic ex with a D16y8 engines. The bottom end is completely blown no chance of rebuild. I haven't been able to find a good replacement without a million miles or way over priced. My questions is, would a D16Y7 engine work. I founf one recently for a good price and it is the complete engine. Any help would be appreciated. I am not intrested in performance I just want to get my car running again and get off the ten speed express before the really hot weather gets here. Thank you in advance.
