Will a bad front coil spring cause uneven tire wear on a 1997 Ford ranger 2 wheel...

...drive.? Though it was a ball joint issue but upon further inspection the coil spring on driver side had 4 little twisty inserts to elevate that side of the vehicle. That tire leans hard inward and the passenger side tire leans outward but the passenger tire wear took longer than the driver's side.
The inserts were used to lift the driver side of the truck.
There is a visable lean inward on the driver's side tire.
Inside tire wear on the driver's side and outside tire wear on passenger side. I weigh 225. I dont know how much the previous owner weighed.
The truck is presently level.

you probably jsut need a wheel allignment. i had one done this weekend.. they're in the approx 60$ range in canadian dollars, and it does a world of good.. the tires being tipped in or out is a camber issue. deffinetly could be ruining your tires in a hurry
