Will a 96 Avalon catalytic converter work on a 94 Lexus ES300?

Got a 96 Avalon parts car and a 94 Lexus ES300 with a bad catalytic converter. Can I take the Avalon's catalytic converter and put it on the Lexus?

I know some parts are compatible, but it varies depending on the year and part.
