Will a 70 AMC 304 and tranny fit in a 82 dodge power ram?

My boyfriend is selling his 1970 amc 304 that was re built and a new tranny. We have someone interested but they want to know if it will fit in their 1983 dodge power ram...any help? Thank you!!
