from what i've heard no, because 2001 civic an up are to match up with K-series the way our motors match with B-series. plus the other guy is right, the emission codes are different so the wiring wont match the distr. an injectors an a few other things. I mean I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure i'm not.

technically it would fit being a D17 but since they changed OBD and wiring it would be better to find a engine D15/D16 that originally came in a 92-95 civic.
