will a 1996 pontiac grand am gt 2.4 engine fit a 1998 chevy z24 cavalier?

i was wondering if a 2.4L engine from a 1996 pontiac grand am GT engine will fit my chevy cavalier Z24 1998 .They seem identical by looking at them.any ideas.thanks

yea it will work.....will need to keep sensors and maybe intake off the 1998...but the motor is same
