Will a 17x7 rim fit on my 01 dodge neon without any adjustment?

i am looking at a set of rims on ebay (17x7 offset 40) and was just wondering if they would fit on my 2001 dodge neon without any adjustments. all that i do know is that the lug pattern is correct. i dont know tire size of if it will even fit. PLEASE HELP!!!
 
yes they will fit but the biggest tire that will fit is 205/40-17 .my dad has the neon with 17 inch rims and that was the biggest tire that would fit.
