Will a 04 Acura Tl cold air intake fit a 03 G35 sedan?

I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan and was wanting to know if a cold air intake from the 04 Acura Tl will fit in my G35 sedan. The intake is a K&N typhoon. I got the intake for free and was wondering if it would fit.
