02 Accord Performance Parts are compatible with 6th Generation Honda Accords (98-02) equipped with similar motors,

since you have a 2003,

try searching for 2003-2007 Honda Accord (7th Gen) Performance Parts,

as long as there both 4 cylinder or V6 it should be fine.
 
Ive been searching for performance parts for my 2003 Honda Accord for a while now, and most of the parts I find only go up to 2002, there are very few parts that I can find that are specifically for 2003, will the 2002 parts work on my 2003 Accord?
