will 20 inch rims on 2004 accord lx cause rubbing or anything bad to my car or tires.?

i bought 20 inch rims for my car. 3 tires are sumimoto 245/35ZR20 91 W and the other one is worn out, so i replaced it with a perelli p zero 245/35ZR20 95 Y. will this tire combination work? and also will 20 inch rims on my accord cause any problems, like rubbing, or anything. btw i want to keep my stock height. i dont have money or time to alter car height. thank youu
